In DT we have been making vehicles using junk modelling. Next we will add wheels to make them moving vehicles.

In Science we are learning about the seasons. We made our own rain gauges to measure how much rain falls in the winter in New Romney. We will check the rain gauges every week and keep a log of how much rain water they collect.

We had a great time at our Fun Factory session. We played some games to help us improve our throwing and catching.

We discovered a mysterious object in our garden! It looks like it might be Beegu’s spaceship but Beegu is missing! We will be creating missing posters to help us to find Beegu.

In English we have been reading BEEGU. We used our imagination to create Beegu’s planet. We used our creations to write descriptive sentences using adjectives.

We were able to play with Victorian toys and found out what it was like for children who went to school in Victorian times.

In Geography we used a checklist to see if we could spot different signs of Autumn.
