Mathletics in now live and ready to go!

By the end of the week, you will have been given your username and password. (They are the same as last year if you can still remember them!)

Spend time logging on and practising your maths skills. There are some good times tables songs to help you remember them! 🙂

All of our children can now read e-books on their tablets or computers – completely free of charge! For some of the stories, there is also the option to have an audio version so that they can read along whilst hearing the story read to them.

All you have to do is log onto the website: www.oxfordowl.co.uk. Login details are below:

A very big well done to all of the children who created their presentations on the Solar System. We have created a display in the corridor and it is looking good. We’ll add the final few pieces of work to it next week and then we will post a picture.

2) We would love you to create a presentation on a Tourist Attraction of your choice. What makes it a good tourist attraction? What facilities are there? Why would you choose to go there? Again, the presentation can take any form you choose and you have 2 weeks to complete this task! 🙂

Due: Thursday 12th October (as we are in London on the Weds!)

This is a document released by the STA (Standards and Testing Agency) to give more information on the SATs for parents.
